Atari partners with B3 on multiple blockchain titles including Pong

B3 is a Layer 3 open gaming ecosystem that allows game developers to create custom gamechains, with the partnership aimed at engaging the nostalgic gamer community with blockchain technology.
Since its launch, B3 has recorded over six million wallets and over 200 million transactions, with daily active users of the platform totalling 140,000.
According to Tyler Drewitz, head of special projects and director at Atari X, the company that this is an exciting step in the company’s evolution, allowing it to “preserve through evolution” and open up a new era of gaming where the community is empowered to contribute to the creative process.
