Adobe’s new AI agents can make personal websites for your customers

Adobe has launched 10 new generation AI tools on its Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including an orchestration tool and Brand Concierge, a way for organisations to personalise customer interactions.
The tools are aimed at specific functions, such as customer engagement, content production, data management and website optimisation.
They can work in the background to provide information or solve issues, based on customers’ previous interactions, whilst also allowing companies to oversee how much data they have access to.
Loni Stark, VP of strategy and product for Adobe, said the surge in AI-powered conversational experiences saw a 1,200% surge in US retail and 1,700% surge in US travel.
Brand Concierge, a separate offering from the agents that sits on top of AEP, remembers customer interactions.
