Amazon Luna signs multi-year deal with EA to bring big games to cloud gaming

Amazon Luna has entered into a multi-year agreement with Electronic Arts (EA) to add its games to the cloud gaming service.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and Dead Space are now available to Luna+ subscribers, with more titles expected to launch on the service shortly.
As part of the agreement, Luna will also be available to players in Sweden, Portugal, Belgium and Luxembourg, bringing the total number of countries with access to the platform to 14.
It is also possible that EA Sports titles will be available on the service “in the coming months”.
Amazon is also offering the Luna controller in these new markets for a reduced price of €44.99, nearly half its normal retail price.
This news comes shortly after Microsoft’s cloud gaming service achieved an annual revenue of 50millionin2021,whichispredictedtoincreaseto450 million by 2026.
