Summary
Enterprise AI company Writer has launched a platform called AI HQ that enables the creation and management of AI “agents” to perform tasks currently done by human beings, including making decisions and solving problems.
The AI HQ platform consists of three elements: Agent Builder, a development environment that enables the creation and management of agents; Writer Home, which provides access to more than 100 ready-built industry and function-specific agents; and observability tools that allow organisations to monitor and govern agents’ behaviour.
Among the early adopters of the AI agents is Commvault, which is using them to connect previously isolated systems, according to Anna Griffin, the cyber security firm’s chief marketing officer.
Writer’s Agents are expected to go into general availability this spring.
