Sesh raises $7M for new fan communities and launches member card

Fan engagement and data ecosystem platform Sesh, which allows artists to connect with fans and access deeper engagement insights, has raised 7minseriesAfunding,bringingitstotalinvestmentto8m since its founding last year.
The start-up aims to onboard more artists and enhance its platform with the new funds, whilst also launching its Member Card, which will enable fans to download a digital pass to their phone wallet and join their favourite artist’s community.
Artists will also be able to send fans direct notifications, enabling them to access exclusive content, tickets and invites to live events.
Sesh’s team is made up of founders with experience in finance, technology and artist management, and already works with over 250 artists with a massive monthly listener reach.
The start-up aims to let artists make a career out of their passion, even with just a few hundred engaged fans.
