Meta’s first dedicated AI app is here with Llama 4 — but it’s more consumer than productivity or business oriented

The Meta AI app has launched as a free, standalone app and is available on iOS and the web,
but there’s no word yet on when it will be available for Android devices.
The app allows users to create images, and have text and voice interactions with the AI,
as well as explore new ideas through a curated “Discover” feed.
It is hoped the app will offer a more personal and integrated experience across mobiles,
web, and Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.
The launch comes ahead of Meta’s first AI developer conference, Llamacon,
which takes place this week in Palo Alto, California.
