Innovative Eyewear has released its new Reebok Smart Eyewear, which features custom speakers, powerful amplifiers and equalisers specifically designed for sports and other outdoor activities.
The smart glasses are also equipped with AI-powered noise-cancelling mics, Siri and Android voice controls, and magnetic charging, and weigh less than most headphones.
CEO of the company, Harrison Gross, believes the launch is a significant moment for the smart eyewear category as the product enhances athletic performance via voice-powered solutions.
The Latin American market will be the initial focus for Innovative Eyewear, via a deal with MTB Mexico, with the product also set to be made available later in the quarter via Reebok.com and select retailers.
Former Manchester City footballer Micah Richards is also a brand ambassador for the Lucyd brand, which falls under the Innovative Eyewear umbrella.
