ServiceNow has created AI Control Tower, an interface that offers a birds-eye view of all the artificial intelligence (AI) workflows, models and agents being used, including third-party platforms.
It acts as a “command centre” to enable companies to govern and manage their AI usage.
The AI control tower lets administrators monitor and manage every AI agent, model and workflow in their system, according to Dorit Zilbershot, ServiceNow’s vice president of AI experiences and innovation.
At the same time, ServiceNow has also launched AI Agent Fabric, a means by which its agent can communicate with other tools and platforms.
It will work with existing protocols, such as MCP from Anthropic, AGNTCY from Cisco and Google’s Agent2Agent.
