Board directors Tiziano Giardini, Jennifer Estaris and Pedro Zambon have been elected to the board of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) to serve terms of two years.
Giardini is employed at 34BigThings, an Italian games studio, and is also the co-founder of Quickload, a studio accelerator.
Estaris is a game director with experience in environmental issues who works with the IGDA Climate Special Interest Group.
Zambon is a games consultant who is focused on developing game ecosystems in Latin America and is the founder of savegame.dev, as well as co-founder and vice chair of the IGDA Incubation & Acceleration Special Interest Group.
The new directors will join existing board members Andrew Parsons, Natalie Lilley and Hania Pietruska-Bradley.
They will replace Margaret Krohn, Natasha Skult, Rami Ismail and Guy Blomberg, who are leaving the board.
